Curry Leaf Cafe is the brainchild of Hyderabad-born chef Kanthi Kiran Thamma and journalist Euan Sey. The pair first met when Kanthi answered Euan’s advert on Gumtree asking for a flatmate to share his home in Brighton. After nine months of cooking, debating and planning, they opened their first restaurant – the Curry Leaf Cafe, located in the heart of Brighton’s Lanes.
